Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Accuracy: Inputting, updating, and verifying customer information, such as account details, orders, and contact info, into systems (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Oracle).
  • Customer Interaction: Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to their accounts via phone, email, or chat.
  • Record Maintenance: Organizing, filing, and backing up digital or physical documents to ensure data is secure.
  • Quality Control: Reviewing source documents (invoices, forms) for errors before entry and correcting discrepancies.
  • Workflow Support: Adhering to daily processing goals and collaborating with team members, often in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 1+ years in data entry, call center, or customer service roles is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Typing Speed: High-speed, accurate typing (often 50+ words per minute).
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
